Depending on the shipping option you have selected and the location 

- Delivery time frame normally 1-7 days

We usually use NZ post for the majority of our freight.

Click and Collect

If the product is in stock and your purchase is placed before 12pm, we will try our hardest to have your order available for pickup within the same day.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unopened products. Customers may return items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging

Items excluded from return: Sewing Machine Needles, Fabric, Pins, Blades, Sprays, Sewing Machines, Overlockers, Scissors and Thread.
